Open Access Policy
The Journal of Food Innovation, Nutrition and Environmental Sciences (JFINES) is an open-access journal. All articles published in the journal are made available online without subscription or paywall restrictions.
JFINES supports open access as a means of improving the availability, visibility, and use of scholarly research in food science, food technology, nutrition, agricultural sciences, environmental sciences, sustainable food systems, and related interdisciplinary fields.
Access to Published Articles
All published articles in JFINES are freely available to readers immediately after publication. Readers may access, read, download, copy, share, print, link to, and use published articles in accordance with the journal’s copyright and licensing policy.
The journal does not charge readers or institutions for access to published content.
Licensing
Articles published in JFINES are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated.
Under this licence, users may use, distribute, reproduce, and adapt the published work in any medium or format, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author or authors and the original publication source is properly cited.
Proper attribution should include:

Author Rights
Authors retain copyright of articles published in JFINES.

Open Access and Article Processing Charges
Open access in JFINES means that readers do not pay to access published articles. Information on Article Processing Charges, if applicable, is provided separately on the journal’s APC page.
Payment of any Article Processing Charge does not influence editorial assessment, peer review, acceptance, rejection, or publication decisions.
